In a short video from CBS; Sir Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Del Arco, Jeri Ryan, and Brent Spiner share their memories of discovering Star Trek for the first time.
Spiner was young when the original series began. Star Trek was “colorful,” he said; “it was different; it looked different than anything else because it was colorful.”
Del Arco remembered watching Trek in reruns, after Benny Hill. “I wanted to be a Vulcan,” he said. “I thought they were so chill. Nothing ruffled them.”
