New Discovery Season Three Trailer Online

Over the weekend at New York Comic Con, Star Trek: Discovery fans were treated to a brand-new Season 3 trailer and fans who didn’t make it to the convention can now see this trailer.
The Discovery crew is now nine-hundred-and-thirty years in the future, and live in a new time with unknown dangers, yet with new discoveries ahead of them. So what can fans expect in the third season of Discovery?
TrekMovie had representatives at the convention and reported that Alex Kurtzman told the fans in attendance that one thing they will see will be future versions of Star Trek aliens that they already know. One of these alien homeworlds, that of the Trill, will be visited by Discovery in Season Three.
Trills and various other aliens, including Andorians, Cardassians, and Lurians (like Morn) can be seen in the trailer.
Season Three will be “a mix of things,” said Michelle Paradise. “We’re going nine-hundred-and-thirty years into the future, so we’re taking expectations and alliances and enemies and all of those things and putting them in a blender and mixing it all up and seeing what’s going to happen. It’s going to be very interesting, I think.”
And what about the Federation in the future? The Federation is still there, but “challenged.”
