Yelchin’s Parents To Sue FIAT

Yelchin’s parents, Viktor and Irina Yelchin, will be suing Fiat Chrysler, AutoNation and ZF North America for the tragic death of their son.
Anton was killed on June 19 when his Jeep Grand Cherokee rolled backwards down his driveway.
The vehicle had been under recall due to issues with the gear shifter, which was developed by ZF North America.
Yelchin, who died at the age of twenty-seven, died without a will, leaving behind a $1.4 million estate. His parents recently filed to become administrators of his estate.
