1 min read

Jim Gianopulos, Paramount Pictures chairman/CEO, has signed a new multi-year contract. In addition, Paramount president of production Elizabeth Raposo has also signed a new contract.

All of this comes ahead of the expected Viacom-CBS merger. The merger will make Gianopulos’ boss CEO Bob Bakish. Joe Ianniello will “oversee the CBS brands,” and the CFO will be Christina Spade.

Gianopulos is a former chairman of 20th Century Fox. He joined Paramount two years ago; to “turn around the ailing film studio.”
