2 min read

Fans waiting for Star Trek: Online to release now will know the subscription pricing for the MMORPG.

Players who take advantage of early limited time promotional offers that expire when Star Trek: Online releases on February 2 can save by pre-ordering the game and buying special lifetime and yearly memberships.

The Lifetime Membership promotion will set players back $239.99 if purchased before February 2, but in addition to unlimited access to Star Trek: Online for the life of the product, will offer players two extra character slots as well as a playable Starfleet captain who has been reclaimed from the Borg. After February 2, the price will be $299.99. Separate game purchase is required.

A membership for twelve months will only be available if purchased before February 2. The cost for this year membership is $119.99 and includes two extra character slots. Separate game purchase is required.

The standard monthly subscription rate for Star Trek: Online is $14.99 per month. A variety of billing options can be found on the official Star Trek: Online website and sixty-day Game Time Cards can be found at select retailers nationwide. Thirty-day free trials are offered with every retail purchase.

“This subscription pricing and launch promotion announcement is one of the last steps we take before officially releasing Star Trek Online,” said Craig Zinkievich, Executive Producer of Star Trek: Online. “We are absolutely thrilled to reveal these final details and we are incredibly excited about launching Star Trek Online this February. For us, this marks the beginning of our game’s life; a life of new adventures, discoveries, and dangers. Truly, ours is a universe that will never stop expanding and we simply cannot wait for people to experience it with us.”
