TrekToday: "How is your health?"

Ricardo Montalban: "My health is excellent. However I had an spinal operation that left me paralyzed. I'll never walk again."

TT: "I'm really sorry to hear that."

RM: "I'm in constant pain."

TT: "Are you taking any medication?"

RM: "No."

TT: "Do you have any upcoming projects?"

RM: "No. Hollywood does not write parts for people like me, an elderly gentleman, and when they find out you're crippled, forget about it. No, I'll never work again."

TT: "Are you still affiliated with Nosotros?"

RM: "Yes."

And that's pretty much it! As I mentioned before, due to the large number of fans who were in line for Montalban's autograph, I could not ask very many questions. I'm just thankful I got to meet him as it was! I'm really sorry that he's in such pain though, but for a man who's almost 80 years of age, he still looks great, and he still has quite a following (as you will see by one fan's request on the next page).
