Star Trek Discovery Comics And Novels

News about Star Trek: Discovery comics and books was announced at last weekend’s Star Trek Mission: New York during the Star Trek: Discovery panel.
The good news for fans is that the novels and comics will developed at the same time the series is produced and will be released along with Star Trek: Discovery early in 2017.
The first novel, from Simon & Schuster, will come courtesy of David Mack.
IDW Publishing‘s new series of comics based on Discovery will be penned by Trek comic veteran Mike Johnson.
For those fans of Kirsten Beyer‘s Star Trek: Voyager novels, the good news is that she will continue to write them as well as writing for Discovery.
Star Trek: Discovery airs beginning in January.
