The Perth Mint of Australia is releasing a batch of new coins this month and one of them is a Trek-themed coin.
The 2017 Star Trek Mirror, Mirror Silver Coin will feature both Spocks from the original series episode Mirror, Mirror. The one ounce silver proof coin features a “background show[ing] the planet Earth bisected by a sword, Spock’s uniform insignia, and…The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.”
“This 99.99% pure silver coin is Tuvalu legal tender. It ships in a Star Trek inspired transporter case that lights up when opened, with a Star Trek-themed shipper, and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.”
